Comcast4U sends SMS for account info, TV listings
Finding out what’s on TV just got a little easier. On Wednesday, Comcast launched Comcast4U, a text messaging service that lets you use your smartphone to get information about your cable service. The service launched with 10 preset commands for the most frequently accessed account functions, ranging from customer service queries to finding what’s on TV.
